At Calm Crew, we believe all feelings are okay — whether you're feeling happy, sad, scared, or even a little grumpy sometimes. We help kids recognise where and when these feelings can pop up, so they can learn to communicate with confidence. We offer after school clubs & holiday camps.
Our sessions are underpinned by six key emotions:
Happy, Sad, Disgusted, Surprised, Angry, and Scared.
By exploring these feelings in a fun and supportive way, children build emotional awareness and self-understanding.
With cool crafts and easy breathing exercises, kids discover simple, playful tools to help them feel calm and confident.
We also talk about who you can chat with when you need a helping hand or just someone to listen — because everyone needs a friend sometimes!
And the best part? Calm Crew is all about making new friends, being kind, and having a blast in a safe, welcoming space where everyone belongs.
